We are pleased to announce that following our first assessment carried out by Investors in People practitioners, JCA has been awarded We invest in people accreditation. 

At JCA, we believe that the success of our organisation begins and ends with our people. We strive to make our employees enjoy what they do, do their best work, grow with the company and leave at the end of the day feeling like they’ve achieved something as part of a fantastic team.  

The standard accreditation means principles and practices around supporting people are in place and everyone understands how to use them to make work better. Following the assessment, we will now start planning improvements that we can implement to make things even better for our people.

Investors in People framework 

Investors in People framework focuses on putting people first and aligns with our belief that collectively we form the company’s most valuable resource. It reflects the latest workplace trends, leading practices and employee conditions needed to create outperforming teams focusing on three key areas: leading, supporting and improving people.  

The standard is regularly reviewed by Investors in People and independent research is conducted on the benefits of working with the Investors in People framework and the impact of achieving recognition.
