JCA has an established reputation for the quality of its services.

Quality is managed as an integral part of JCA’s HSQE function via adherence to UKAS certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. We use our QMS primarily to manage risk, achieve continuous service improvement, deliver value for money and ensure customer satisfaction. It is supported by compliance to OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO27001.

An in-house Quality Steering Group is focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and managing risk, which are key requisites of a robust Quality Management System. We assure compliance through a combination of well-established, accredited quality systems, processes and plans, managed by leaders and teams who are highly competent, courteous and respectful.

JCA monitors the quality of its work through a hierarchical reporting structure of management and supervision. Maintenance contracts benefit further from the use of customised Microsoft Dynamics CMMS. We place a great emphasis on capturing and using data in Dynamics CMMS and use this to monitor performance statistics and address areas requiring improvement as part of a PDCA, continuous improvement cycle.
