JCA and Ark Data Centres Unveil Longcross Park: A Groundbreaking AI-Ready Campus in Surrey 

JCA has successfully completed the delivery of Ark Data Centres’ new state-of-the-art facility at Longcross Park, a landmark project that sets a new benchmark for sustainable, AI-ready infrastructure in the UK. The project encompassed the full design and build of mechanical and electrical (MEP) services, progressing from RIBA Stage 3 through to installation, commissioning, and handover.  LP1, the first of three planned data centres at Longcross Park, provides 19 MW of IT capacity, engineered to support the most demanding AI and hyperscale workloads.
