Dedicated HSQE personnel

JCA operates an open-door policy to health and safety engagement with employees where they are encouraged to discuss any concerns with their supervisor, line manager or directly with the HSQE Department.

We extend this policy to our sites and all contractors are expected to notify the site supervisors or project/contract managers of any concerns they have.  The Director responsible for Health and Safety’s contact details are available at site so the operatives (JCA direct and contractors) can discuss issues directly, should they feel this is necessary.

At JCA we continually strive to maintain RoSPA Gold certification which has been held for six consecutive years.
