Dedicated personnel

JCA operates an open door policy to health and safety consultation with employees where they are encouraged to discuss any concerns with their supervisor, line manager or directly with the health and safety manager.

We extend this policy to our site and all contractors are expected to notify the site supervisors or project managers of any concerns they have, our health and safety manager’s contact details are also available on site so the operatives (JCA direct and contractors) can discuss issues directly, should they feel this is necessary.
