At JCA the health and wellbeing of our employees, clients, subcontractors and the public at large is of utmost importance. With this in mind, and given the current situation surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, we have  introduced  temporary precautionary steps to our working operations that follow a week long trial of our working practices.

Starting from Monday 23rd March 2020every department based at our head office will be working in two split teams to ensure a degree of segregation in our head office resource. JCA remains fully operational and there will be a continued presence of JCA senior management and support teams at JCA’s head office at all timesJCA staff working from home have full remote working capability and access to JCA systems.

As part of JCA guidance, our employees shall apply a level of social distancing and are encouraged to use software applications such as Microsoft Teams or conference calls in place of face-to-face meetings where practicably possible. Our employees are fully aware of the current requirements and we are working hard to ensure the levels of services delivered remain as high as always.

These temporary precautionary steps have been implemented to mitigate any potential spread of the virus in order to enable us to continue to provide the usual service to our clients during this challenging period.

If you require more detailed information on the steps being taken on your project or site, please get in touch with your Project / Contract Manager or email us at info@jca.co.uk

We continue to monitor government guidance and, should it be required, will revise our plans and adapt accordingly.

We would like to thank you for your understanding and assure you that we are doing our utmost to limit disruptions to minimum.
