JCA awarded new M&E maintenance contract

We are delighted to announce that, following a competitive tender, JCA has been awarded a new M&E maintenance contract. 40 Argyll Street in Soho is a landmark site situated opposite The London Palladium theatre and less than one minute’s walk from Oxford Circus underground station. The property was expansively redeveloped in 2009 and comprises of three office floors totalling nearly 86,000 ft².
