Maintenance Operations Director

Ian is an experienced leader with over 40 years working in technical facilities management. Having started his career in the Royal Navy, he was responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of the propulsion system, mechanical and electrical support systems of a warship. Ian continued expanding his experience in the building services sector and was responsible for the service delivery, customer liaison, M&E and fabric maintenance for a variety of contracts, including Heathrow Airport. 

Ian joined JCA in 2017 as Operations Director responsible for evolving the JCA managed services strategy, policy and procedures to meet the next five years’ business plan and objectives. He was appointed as Board Director in 2018. In his role, Ian is responsible for the company’s expanding programme of resident maintenance contracts.
