Having joined the company in 2004 and appointed as Board Director in 2008, Dean is responsible for the London portfolio managed services division and its associated projects division. His experience of operating on both maintenance and project contracts throughout his career allows him to ensure that the various teams under his direction work seamlessly to provide the best possible service for our clients in all aspects of Building Services delivery.
Since 2015, Dean has also been the Director responsible for health and safety for the business based on the experience he has gained over 30 years in safely delivering both maintenance and projects contracts. Dean’s detailed knowledge of working practices and workforce behaviours combined with his knowledge in the fundamentals of HSQE management and processes means that he understands health, safety and environmental issues from all perspectives allowing him to provide guidance and support to the HSQE management team and the wider business.
