A full strip was completed on the third and part of the ground floor which involved isolating and tracing services, carefully removing central plant located in all 3 cores, de-gassing and removing AC units, removing all ceilings, partitions, doors and floor finishes through the large office space.

A window was removed, hoist and scaffold installed to make the transportation of large amounts of waste easier.

The works were complete over 6 weeks on site.
