The 2nd floor office fit out involved stripping out high security steel framed partitions, ceilings, services and finishes. The existing VAV system was reconfigured to suit a CAT A layout, new SAS 130 ceiling with new LG7 LED lighting installed, raised floor repairs, new wall and floor finishes as well as spray painting window mullions and low level radiators.

There are 6 toilet blocks in the main building, all of which were completely stripped out and re-fitted with modern materials. The building was occupied and so the works to the toilets were completed in 2 phases.

Reception and common areas such as the main staircase and landings were also refurbished receiving updated finishes, oak ceiling rafts with linear lighting, new reception desk and furniture as well as bespoke art work.

Externally a car charging point was installed and paviours repaired and cleaned.
