Ropemaker Place is one of the City of London’s most attractive yet sustainable buildings and was the first building in the City to achieve LEED platinum precertification for sustainability.

It also has a BREEM sustainability rating of excellent. It is designed to be 33% more energy efficient than current standards and to use 50% less mains water then the norm. The building size is 98,000ft².

JCA began the service and maintenance contract in 2010 and deliver planned and reactive maintenance to the mechanical and electrical systems.

The technical installations include:

• Bespoke lighting management
• Fabric services
• Mechanical systems
• Electrical systems
• Fire systems
• BMS systems
• UPS systems
• Water treatment

JCA provides resident support onsite to MUSI, along with a comprehensive management and administration support team who ensure that all works are completed to the satisfaction of this prestigious client.
